Our history

The company was created April 1994 trough merging of three companies - SD "Uzunovi CHB", ET "G.Gandjov", ET "P.Parashkanski". Since then it has grown into a leader in construction solutions in southwest Bulgaria. We have completed massive projects in the capital Sofia ,Burgas and many places in the country of Bulgaria. In 2000 the company expanded its enterprise  with the creation of a production facility for wooden windows and interior doors. Our most well known and largest project is the construction of the resort complex "Kamchia" on the seaside of the river of the same name. The construction began in 2010 and finished in 2015. We have been in construction business for over 30 years, which has given us the experience to execute the complex projects with which our clients come to us.

Our mission has always been to make the owner's vision a reality without forgoing functionality and longevity of the project. We have a team which has the know-how to create plans and technical drawings of complex details. It consists of a planing department, project mangers and construction workers. All our employees are dedicated to building a better future.
